Open Space for the Mind



Artist Jun Kaneko has been commissioned by San Francisco Opera to design this season's production of Mozart's The Magic Flute.

The artist is best known for his large scale ceramics, and his "dangos" (translation: "dumpling" in Japanese) and gigantic ceramic heads can weigh as much as 1,000 pounds.
